At this time, we do not offer customizations. However, we are continually expanding our product range and may offer this in the future.
Orders and Payments
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or with the courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets for fast and secure payments.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working to expand our services to more countries soon!
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and contact support@kreigsterlifestyle.com within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns and Refunds
How can I return a product?
